This individual required in-depth knowledge of multi-media and the ability to deliver a compelling vision to the market across all partnerships and programs.

Superb leadership skills were a prerequisite, including outstanding influencing skills and the ability to navigate complex challenges in a fast-moving and fluid environment.

They would be responsible for developing and managing all aspects of marketing, PR and communications in order to build brand awareness and customer behavioural targeting. In addition, they would lead on distribution channel management and customer service.

Trinity identified the relevant talent pool across the Middle East and undertook candidate briefing and evaluation to ascertain levels of interest and suitability for the role. Additional screening on this project included a highly detailed personality assessment to ensure commitment to and potential longevity in the role.
