Caroline studied law at Cambridge and went on to practice Structured Finance in London with a leading international law firm.
She worked for a number of years with a boutique Executive Search organisation before founding one of the first Talent Acquisition Research companies in the UK. She has extensive experience in developing groundbreaking research methodologies to work in partnership with leading search firms and corporates, from start-ups to the FTSE 250.
As a business leader, she has over 20 years’ experience in structuring talent solutions and leading high-performing research teams.
The Trinity team comprises a diverse mix of search consultants, specialist researchers, in-house talent acquisition specialists, affiliate consultants and data specialists.
