Trinity conducted a discreet market perception analysis, helping the client to define its employer value proposition and communicate it effectively to potential candidates. This identified both positive and negative perceptions in the potential workforce, and the client was able to use this information to conduct targeted marketing and PR campaigns to counter adverse opinions in the market.

In addition, Trinity conducted a remuneration survey to support the client in their development of a retention strategy, to reduce turnover and increase employee engagement. This enabled the client to review internal policies to ensure the offering of competitive pay and benefits and the provision of training and development opportunities. They were able to implement processes by which to recognise and reward performance and to create a positive work environment.
