Trinity conducted a full market map across the UK, identifying senior individuals in sustainability leadership roles with manufacturing sector experience.

Candidate engagement evaluated track record in sustainability, proactiveness, strategic approach, communication skills and strong stakeholder engagement capabilities. 

A successful shortlist was submitted which resulted in acceptance of offer.

Trinity conducted a full market map across the UK, identifying individuals operating at CFO level with manufacturing experience. The preference was for “Big 4” training/experience. Other criteria included experience in fundraising and the ability to operate in a true business partner capacity to the CEO.

Bearing in mind there was a current incumbent in the role, candidate engagement was conducted on the basis that the client’s identity was withheld. The talent pipelining exercise enabled Trinity to maintain contact with and track suitable candidates to the point of active hire, at which point, Trinity re-engaged with the talent pool on an NDA basis, providing full client and role briefing information, in order to submit a qualified and engaged candidate pool.
